Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are between you and RangVaya, a trading name of TraveNexa Ltd. By making a booking with RangVaya you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & payment

All direct bookings are confirmed in writing by email or WhatsApp. Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout. For partner bookings, the partner's prices, taxes, cancellation policy and terms apply.

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged at 50%.
• No-shows are charged at 100%.

Liability

Adventure activities carry inherent risk. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow guide instructions at all times. Pregnant guests, guests with back conditions and children under 3 should not participate in dune bashing.

Force majeure

We may reschedule or cancel tours due to weather, government restrictions or other events outside our control; a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
